Stains
Third, choose whether you want your floor to exhibit the natural color of the wood or a stain enhanced color. Stains add $0.45/ft². Stains are shown on white oak.

Next, ADC Floors applies 3 coats of finish to seal and add durability to your floors. Satin, semi gloss and gloss finishes are available. Finishes add $0.55/ft²
